Carrie Underwood's first lifestyle book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with the Fit52Life, will arrive in stores on March 3rd and it includes all kinds of tips and tricks that the superstar incorporates into her life to look and feel great. She tells us: “I’ve done a lot. I’ve tried a lot, and I just kind of wanted to lay it all out – here’s what works for me and hopefully people can get some ideas and implement some of it into their lives, so hopefully people get some good ideas and tips and tricks in there. There’s recipes and exercises and stories and backstories on why I am the way I am in the health and fitness portion of my life anyway.”

There is also a Target exclusive bonus chapter of Find Your Path called “From My Garden,” with advice on growing vegetables and fresh herbs in an at-home vegetable garden. Carrie shares several bonus plant-based recipes that are exclusive for Target readers.
