Old Dominion's new single, "Make It Sweet," is a good indicator of what their upcoming third studio album will be like. Lead singer Matthew Ramsey tells us it's a great example of what the yet unnamed project has to offer. ["I think it's the perfect snapshot of where this album is headed. It was such a pure and honest moment with us cause we wrote it in the studio. We wrote and recorded that song in the same day and it really captured, I think, who we are as songwriters right now and who we are as musicians right now. We're just very comfortable and very confident in our place right now and we're really enjoying where we are. I mean, great things are happening so that feeds our soul and we're just really happy with the music we're making right now, so can't wait for you to hear it."] SOUNDCUE (:35 OC: . . . to hear it.)

Old Dominion took home their first CMA Vocal Group of the Year win on Wednesday (November 14th) night.
