Trisha Yearwood kicked off her Every Girl Tour at Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center last night (Thursday, October 3rd) with the first of three consecutive performances in Music City. Those fans in attendance will be treated to some special musical treats as Trisha tells us: ["I'm really excited about the Schermerhorn because I get to marry the two albums I made last year in one show, the Let's Be Frank album, to be able to kick off and sing those songs live I'm so excited, and then to get to be able to kick into the Every Girl album and the songs that people hopefully grew up on that they know in Nashville at home, and to do it for three nights in a row . . . I'm really excited about that, and that's just gonna kick it all off. We're doing about I think it's a 22-city tour, all East Coast. We'll see how that goes. I'll take a nap in January and then maybe we'll hit the West Coast (laughs)."] SOUNDCUE (:31 OC: . . . the West Coast (laughs).)

The Every Girl Tour rolls on to Atlanta next weekend. The trek wraps up on December 8th in Naples, FL.
