    * portions of southeast arkansas, northeast louisiana and mississippi, including the following areas in southeast arkansas, ashley and chicot. In northeast louisiana, east carroll, morehouse, richland and west carroll. In mississippi, attala, bolivar, carroll, choctaw, clay, grenada, holmes, humphreys, issaquena, leflore, lowndes, montgomery, noxubee, oktibbeha, sharkey, sunflower, washington, webster, winston and yazoo.
    * through saturday evening
    * additional rainfall amounts of two to three inches are expected, with locally higher amounts of up to 7 inches possible, especially over northern portions of the arklamiss delta region. This is on top of already saturated ground.
    * the flooding of roads, low lying areas, and areas with poor drainage is expected. Road closures and threats to structures will occur in some locations. Area rivers and streams may rise to levels not seen in decades. If encountering flooded roads, remember to turn around, don`t drown and be especially cautious at night.
